Suites Policy

• We welcome guests over 16 years old
• Check In time: 15:00 - 22:00
• Check Out time: 08:00 - 11.00 
• Late check out is subject to availability, extra costs may apply 
• If you wish to stay in the room until 18:00 the extra charge will be half of the daily lease charge
• Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed

Cancellation Policy

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation
• For cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival no fees apply
• For cancellations later, the 100% of total cost will be charged
•  In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee

Deposit Policy
‍
•  30% of the total cost is required which is refundable if the reservation gets canceled prior to the cancellation policy period
• In case of no show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, Floris Manor charges the credit card provided with the full amount of the cost of the reservation.
